Dr. Sam Ankrah (C.E.O)
He has an MBA (Finance & Management), Leadership Advantage Program Certificate from Cranfield School of Management. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics and Management with University of London degree, an Msc in Economics, Social Science and Philosophy and a Phd also in Philosophy and Social Science all from the PanAmerican University of Science and Medicines.
He also has been awarded Phd (Honoris Causa) from the The Sovereign Medical Order of the Knights Hospitaller, for innovative and exceptional financial engineering to help bring the functions of the group to the Sub-Saharan Africa Region.

Dr Sam Ankrah is the CEO of Africa Investment Group International, an investment banking boutique firm focused in Africa, specialized in Trust Services, Capital Raising, Direct investment, Asset management and Investment Banking. AIGI has offices in Accra, London and Geneva.
Sam has been speaking promoting investment opportunities in Africa, educating and encouraging the youth to venture in entrepreneurial ship at various platforms including UN sub committees.
Dr. Sam Ankrah Co-founded the NAM Fund, a Social impact fund for Africa, which is established to contribute and align it’s investments towards upward mobility across the African Landscape.
Sam is also the CEO of GAM-ANK GROUP, Ghana who are an upstream and downstream petroleum trading, energy and other spectrum of business dedicated to inbound and outbound cross border deal solutions focused on companies in emerging markets.
Dr Shawki Fatal (Executive Director)
Shawki Fattal graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon where he received a Bachelor Degree and subsequently a Masters Degree in the same field.
He is a graduate of the University of Ghana Business School with an Executive Masters in Business Administration (Project Management Option). He has a proven ability to develop and strengthen management teams in order to maximize company profitability and efficiency and an immeasurable experience leading and growing all sectors of a business to make it a dynamic and progressive organisation. He possesses excellent communication skills and able to establish sustainable and profitable relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders across the world.
Shawki is the Chief Executive Officer of Modern Properties in Ghana, a company credited with the successful completion of various residential properties and villas. Mr. Fattal has been awarded the highest academic laurel from the Kennedy Western University when he completed a PHD Programme in Engineering Management. Mr. Fattal is also a published co-author of two papers in the International Journal of Energy Research.
Leonel Dodzi Ac-Lumor (Finance Executive)
Leonel Ac-Lumor is an accounting and finance professional with over 20 years of experience in increasingly responsible positions. He has served in various managerial positions in diverse reputable organizations such as Telecommunications, Research and Marketing as well as Non-governmental organizations such as Nielsen Ghana Ltd, Afripa (now A-Link) Ghana Ltd, Millicom Ghana and most recently the Director of Finance for Family House, Inc, (a Wisconsin Not-for-profit entity) in the USA. Leonel holds an MBA (Accounting & Finance) and a Bachelor's Degree (Accounting Option) from the University of Ghana, Legon. He is also a Certified Public Accountant with the Virginia Board of Accountancy and also an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
William Arthur (Executive Consultant)
William holds a BA (with Honours) in Economics from the University of Ghana and an MSc in Finance and Investment from the University of Exeter, UK. Mr Arthur is a results-oriented finance professional with over 15 years combined experience and functional expertise in Business Development, Relationship Management, Credit Delivery, Strategic Management, and Sales. He has a wealth of practical exposure in originating, structuring, evaluating and implementing the funding of public and private sector projects, structured financing and trade finance transactions. Uniquely, he has worked for extended periods in Public Finance, Development Finance and Banking. Prior to joining Gamank, William worked at Bank of Africa (Formerly Amalbank) for over eight years in various capacities including Head of Project Finance and Head of Corporate Banking. William also worked as an Economist at the Ministry of Finance from 1998 to 2003 and as Financial Management Specialist at USAID/West Africa. William has also worked as an Equity Analyst with F & C Investment (UK) where he covered global equity markets as a sell-side analyst.
